I'm not sure what's going to happen. At first I wasn't sure if I was for the amendment and then the article
Protect Marriage Without Constitutional Amendment made a lot of sense as well.
Then you and others made good arguments in favor of the amendment here: Gay-Rights Groups Eye Conservative Split.
As I see it, judicial activism must be attacked from as many angles as possible. Article IV of the Constitution is another concern. Whether the amendment is too late I don't know, but as I see it, anything can happen.
