By comparison, it's much easier to find campaign sites for Howard Kaloogian, Barbara Boxer, Rosario Marin, Toni Casey, or the others.

I couldn't find his site when he was first certified back in December. It took an e-mail from his campaign to get it (I must have been on an old e-mail list from his 2002 gubernatorial campaign when I was still considering him)

Marin explained by phone that, as a pro-choice female Latina who came to the United States from Mexico as a teenager, she would take away from Boxer the issue of abortion, the gender card and the immigrant card. "I know what it is to be poor," said Marin.Great. To paraphrase Howard Dean paraphrasing Harry Truman, if you run a Democrat against a Democrat, the Democrat has a very good chance of winning. Doesn't anybody in California besides McClintock have any spine?

Yes!
Howard Kaloogian is running as a conservative. He recently announced an endorsement by Ron Prince, and Kaloogian supports Prince's new save our state initiative that is circulating for signatures now.
