She didn't end up in the hospital - she just went to the ER on her own. Oh, the pain, the pain.

Want to bet she's thinking....hmmmmm...lawsuit, damages, pain and suffering - ka-ching!

More important how does a teen end up in a detention center after using prescribed albuterol. I'm sure that experience did wonders for his asthma.

It is the teen's call to decide to use it, not the teachers decision.

What a load of bunk. I have been an asthmatic for 25 years and have NEVER seen anyone have a reaction to the albuterol before or after it went into my body! Not only that, but docs prescribe this stuff constantly for bronchitis and other upper resperatory infections. I think there is a teacher out there who would just like to pay off her student loans early."Hmmm what can I do to get some money FAST?...I know! I'll SUE someone! Anyone! For Anything!

Get that poor kid out of jail. He should sue THEM for holding him!

In the pure interest of science, I just inhaled my Albuterol inhaler and immediately strongly exhaled onto a glass surface. There was no evidence of Albuterol powder or propellant on the glass.

I then sprayed Albuterol into my mouth without inhaling. Immediately exhaled onto glass. Surprise, no evidence of Albuterol or propellant on the glass.

This teacher is a psycho, fruitcake hypochondriac who is afraid of her students and has no business being in a position of authority over them. Release the kid and fire the teacher.
