The "doctor" in question should end up getting the
!#@$#%*^& beat out of him by both the mothers/fathers who had children wrongly removed & by the kids themselves . Might also help get the political types off there sorry dead asses if the offices get torched.

This is a glaring example of nanny-social engineering-socialist insanity.

You are absolutely 1000% correct. And many on the far left (Hillary, et al) would dearly love to see this sort of practice expanded, institutionalized and canonized.
Absolutely disgusting.

Hillary Clinton and the "Third Way"*** If others could understand your truth, you would not think of yourself as a "vanguard." You would no longer inhabit the morally charmed world of an elite, whose members alone can see the light and whose mission is to lead the unenlightened towards it. If everybody could see the promised horizon and knew the path to reach it, the future would already have happened and there would be no need for the vanguard of the saints.***

Child protective services have run-a-muck. I've read awful stories here in the U.S.
It's a government program first, last and always.
National Conference of State Legislatures: Child Welfare Project New Directions for Child Protective Services/Executive Summary - New Directions for Child Protective Services***State child protective services (CPS) agencies are charged with protecting children from abuse and neglect. CPS is widely viewed as a system in crisis. In many cases, CPS is not protecting children from abuse and is not supporting families that need help. Nationwide, most resources devoted to child protection are being used in an attempt to screen, investigate and substantiate the millions of abuse reports received by states each year, leaving few resources for services to troubled families. As a result, the CPS system is not addressing the conditions associated with child maltreatment, including poverty, single parenthood, substance abuse and social isolation. Most states respond to reports of child maltreatment with a standardized investigation, regardless of the severity of the alleged abuse. Accordingly, CPS is criticized for not being sufficiently proactive in some cases, and for being overzealous and intrusive in others. ***

Whenever there is a kernel of truth to something, it opens the door for politcians, lawyers and out-of-control experts to climb on the for-your-own-good bandwagon.

How about the Public Service Announcement running on TV, "If you even SUSPECT child abuse, please call 1-800-blah-blah-blah"
That would have been great at Salem, "If you even SUSPECT witchcraft (or would like to hurt a neighbor)..."

http://www.sierratimes.com/02/12/31/rt_manual-1.htm This is a good link for information on what to do if you get falsely accused. I've seen this happen too often and I for one would support the total break up of the CPS offices. Police officers are better trained at determining abuse than are these socialist losers.

Just read a news article of a "mother" who almost killed here infant daughter by injecting her with fecal matter. Claim of "Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy" was the defense.

There will always be sick, evil people. And there will always be lawyers trying to get them off.

That's what I've heard too. Thanks for the LINK!

In these civil cases, children were taken from their mothers on a balance of probability that they were harming them or might harm them in the future. Stunning sentence.
I wonder when the Pandora box of children suing their parents, schools and doctors who wrongly drugged for their entire life with Ritalin will be opened by some poor kid who was drugged to a stupor for all his young life

What a woman hater that Physician was/is. He is a sick and evil person and the social welfare workers and England's child protection agency have run amuck and are ruinous and dangerous. This sort of thing can and does happen here. Thank God for FR where reports of abuse by agencies are recorded . The press would never get it right. We are, at the least, informed and aware. V's wife.

Thanks for the link. Wish I had it 6 yrs. ago when CPS showed up at our house. A family member used CPS for revenge, falsely charging us with child abuse. After 4 months and 3 preliminary hearings, the charges were dropped. What a nightmare.

A good example of what can happen when government starts interfering in private lives.
