I think this would actually play into the hands of the media liberals who would spin it mercilessly against the president.

Here's a prediction for you: The winner of the 2004 Presidential Election will be either the DemocRat or the Republican candidate. I say that with near 100% certainty.

I hope you aren't under the impression that that particular scenario would bother the Bush Haters on this forum.

Golly, thanks for your wisdom!! Protest voters really thought that they'd get a 3rd party win in 2004!!!! < /sarcasm >

The protest vote isn't about getting a 3rd party elected this election, it's about making a protest. That's why it's called a "protest" vote, see? Ever hear of a rather famous revolution that was started with a single shot "heard round the world"? I can just hear you two back in the day, "Hey, what good's one shot going to do? You're just wasting your lead (vote)."

I can guarantee you two something though. As long as people have your attitude, that we must choose only between 2 major parties, and that a vote anywhere else is just wasted, the dems and the pubs can do ANYTHING they want to us with impunity.

I'm curious. Is there any point at which either of you would finally vote 3rd party?

Hb
