I think you're right. Edwards looked weak early on, so the Clintons (loyal as usual) dumped him in favor of Clark. They now have all their eggs in the Clark basket with so many Clintonistas on the Clark payroll and rumors of both Clintons are backing him.

Although I believe that early on they were backing Edwards, it is now too late to dump the nutcase Clark and go back to Edwards.

Let's hope they will...never underestimate they power that "emotion" has with this electorate.....remember Gore's "spontaneous" kiss with Tipper & what that did to his poll numbers? Yech! Don't think for a minute that this guy Edwards wouldn't be able to work the emotional frenzy angle......he's an expert at it....

There are probably a few cases of CP that are due to birth injuries. The vast majority though, occur in utero and are no fault whatsoever of the obstetrician.

Why do many communities find it nearly impossible to attract obstetricians and why are so many doctors leaving obstetrics?? Beause of these exact type of law suits. The sort that John Edwards got rich from. Which is ultimately placed on the back and comes out of the wallets of the working public like you and I of course.

Hopefully this will happen, brcause if Edwards wind the nomination a lot of this will be off limits.

No matter what the REAL TRUTH is, the media would eat Bush alive if he attacked Edwards on something that the media can prtray as "Edwards defending CHILDREN and the LITTLE MAN"

IOW, the Dems will have to eat thier own on this one, because a vast majority of Edwards Lawyer antics will be untouchable by a Republican.
