Yeah, I remember the Dorismond thing. But at least there Rudy had a legitimate reason for doing it, even if he should have known better. What Bloomie did was just a random slap in the face of a law-abiding citizen now unable to defend himself, as well as essentially being a false allegation that Bloomberg's own underlings were part of an illegal conspiracy to cover up a cause of death.

I know politics is a nasty game, but this had no political motive. It was just Mike being an ass, and he seems to be spending more and more time each day working on being an ass than on being mayor. Having such a jerk as mayor would be bad enough during the best of times; it's far more detrimental today.

Bloomberg must go. If that means voting for a RAT when the time comes, so be it. It's not even about politics or policies any more; Bloomberg is bad for New York, and he'd be bad for New York even if his policies were indistinguishable from Ronald Reagan's. His nasty personality and personal hangups are overshadowing everything else now.

That's easy for you to say...from West Virginia.

His nasty personality and personal hangups are overshadowing everything else now.

Funny, that's what most of the city said about the pre-9/11 Rudy...
