I heard that there was a death sentence rendered by the jury,the defendant committed arson, and several people died, that was 6 months ago.
Judge A changed the juries desicion{SP} for a Death sentence. Judge A changed it to life. (prolly with parole in 5 yrs.)

I know, and he talks on and on and on and on and he isn't even talking about the right matter. He's yapping about all sorts of statutes and the thing had NOTHING to do with statutes. It was a constitutional thing. He even had the b@lls to tell Girolami that HE didn't have any jurisdiction anymore!! I can't stand the guy. The Prosecution offered a proper and a sane argument. Arnason is off the case!! And it's a good thing too. He changes the Juries verdicts to more lenient. He's a mush mouth liberal plain and simple.

You heard right Joyce. They were discussing that very verdict on Court TV this afternoon. He has reduced others as well to things like from a felony to a misdemeanor and giving them some community service! Pathetic.

I saw on the news tonight that Snotty may have been transfered too. I suspect they did this as soon as the new location was established...for security purposes. There was so much talk of the protesters showing up there, much like the night he was booked.

Me too Howlin and Null and Void also. They both live in Santa Clara County which was the Pros. FIRST choice. However, San Mateo was their second choice so I guess they know the demographics and type of people to choose from there. I watched LKL tonight and as USUAL Chris Pixley makes me so damn mad. He's CLEARLY talking FOR Geragos. Keeps dropping hints that the Defense has some bombshell and that the Prosecution has such a WEAK case. He said they have lots of circumstantial evidence but NOT ONE , NOT ONE, piece of physical evidence. How does HE know what the Prosecutor has? I'm sure the Defense doesn't know ALL of it yet. He just irks the bejeezus out of me. I also, as I've said before, would like to ask Demetrius if she likes trying to get BRUTAL wife and baby killers off?

Have you noticed that "odd" and "annoying" stance Geragos takes while standing up blabbing in Court? He has his left hand shoved into his right armpit and his right hand shoved into his left armpit? Arms tightly crossed of course. I wonder if that is his security stance? This will sound dumb but someone told me that people who always have their arms crossed tightly and pulled tightly into their gut area are God Haters!!! In His case, I believe it!! I just hope that Girolami decides to stay with the case since he knows it so well. And I like him.

without Pity"!! It's GOOD! You know who Ann Rule is don't you? She's the former Seattle Policewoman who worked on a political campaign with Ted Bundy. She writes about all TRUE cases. I ONLY like reading NON-Fiction crime stories.
