You musta slipped and hit your head on the ice during that water main break on Tarr Hollow Road this week. At least that would be my excuse for the type of logic you are applying.

If you need a job, my grass needs mowing and my car needs washing. Seriously the where-are-the-jobs argument is bullroar and Dems know it. If Gore had snuck into office, the economy would still be in the dumps from the Clinton recession (the Nasdaq crashed in 2000...let me see, who was prez at the time?) and there would me more people looking for work. The idea that Dems know how to create jobs is ludicrous. They know how to deflate an economy with taxing and spending increases, and that's about it.

Before the Bush-Gore election, few people knew who Osama Bin Laden was. Yeah - Only a few... Clinton, Gore and the entire cabinet.
To: MurryMom
Well, long time no see! Thanks for all your hard work helping elect the legitimate choice of the American people, George W. Bush, back in 2000. I hope for more of the same in 2004.
Now that the economy is recovering from the Clinton recession of 2000 I hope for great things. We'll have to get domestic spending under control, but with your help and Republican control of both the House and the Senate I know we'll be able to do it. Hope to hear from you again real soon!

I am a rep. Who thinks that Bush is doing the best job he can. I support him and Our troops, and will be voting for him this year. He is the first president, in along time, who has pulled together different faiths to pray for the end of terrorism. He said we would catch Saddam and we did, thanks to the efforts of our troops in Iraq. I feel we will catch Osamma Ben Ladden, if he is given another four years. Go Bush and God Bless our men and women who are fighting for thier beliefs.

Where have you been, my dear? We've missed you. I heard a rumor that rapist Bill Clinton was dating your daughter. Is that true? Or, is he dating both of you at the same time? Better put some ice on that.

I disagree with a few points here.
President Bush deserve 4 more years.
No, George W. Bush does NOT deserve 4 more years.
President George has EARNED 4 more years!
Bill Clinton was a great leader and a great President-.
If Clinton had been on the job, after the first WTC attack, just maybe the following 6 attacks may not have happened. We did know who OBL was, we did know who the sons of Saddam were.
Most everything President Bush is being criticized for today are issues Clinton did not and would not touch. Such as Health Care, Education, our illegal immigrant problem, manufacturing leaving the country, Clinton should have addressed the failing economy before 2000.
Part of every topic you speak about is true, but I think you are correct, your democrat side shows thru. Keep working.

Those of us not willing to wait 10 years for new jobs to reappear should be willing to toss out the incumbents and give Dem office seekers a chance.Huh. I've been laid off 3 times in 2 years. However, I was never without employment longer than two weeks.
The jobs are there. YOU have to go find them, the government won't and should not be in the business of doing it for you, other than short-term assistance, which I fortunately did not have to utilize.
And, I changed industries with each layoff. You have to be willing to do what you know you can, or believe you can learn to do. In a constantly changing global economy, there is no such thing as a gold watch, except in the self-employment arena, that I am in now.
I don't want, and haven't accepted government assistance other than the GI Bill, which I paid into, because someone else's hard-earned money was taken from them in over-taxation!
Stop looking to the altar of government to fix all of society's problems. DO SOMETHING about it yourself - take accountablity for your own circumstance, and stop laying the blame on Bush and other government entities, for Bush and Co. would be the same "entity" you would expect help from if it were under other management, even with the same policies.

Bill Clinton refused to handle this problem his term in office. If he would have went about getting the terrorist in the right way. 9-11, may have never happened. In that area he let this country down. I will not consider him a good president. He did not take his job seriously, it appeared to me. He should have paid more attention to the problems at hand then his interns, while he was in the oval office.

Bush deserves 4 more years When I first read this title I was shocked! What the heck is praise of Bush doing on FR, I wondered. So many Frepers are out to elect liberal democrats by voting for the politician who gets 0.00001% of the vote that I was stunned to see that some Freepers don't hate Bush. Hmmmmm.... my view of FR is coming back around toward positive...
Great recess appointment by Bush for the judiciary last week.
