Maybe, maybe not. But the fact of the matter is, having read the Spanish language newspapers in Mexico around 8 and 9 January, you would have been a fool NOT to have taken it as a blanket amnesty and a blanket welcome mat.

This is disgraceful.

And this article should be sent to every US Congressmember either on the fence or planning to vote against the President's cockamamie plan.

Fine. That's your right and obligation to do so. In fact, that would be more constructive than bitching about the President's plan on FR umpteen times a day.

I am totally with you. I suggest each of us who is offended by this proposed insanity fax this article to both the White House and the RNC with our own personalized comments. I certainly will be.
