Sars is a pretty serious disease, but how many people have been affected so far in nearly two years? The flu kills 36,000 annually in the USA. I'm glad health folks are trying to stay on top of the situation, but what is the reason this is not as widespread as the flu?

"but what is the reason this is not as widespread as the flu?" It's not spread human to human, just chicken/bird to human.
