WELL, NOW, --Suppose I Find this Individual's Body Odor SO OFFENSIVE--even at a Distance--that I Simply "Can't Stand It!!"

Or, Perhaps, he & his family cook "Boiled Cabbage," & I Find the odor EXCEPTIONALLY OFFENSIVE (Most People do--), or, MAYBE, my Infant Daughter is ALLERGIC TO the OFFENSIVE BO of my "Neighbor!!"

My Point is--Obviously--Where does the Intervention of "The Government" Stop, & "Common Sense & Manners" Begin??

CONTRARY to the "Liberal Mantra" about "Second-Hand Tobacco Smoke,"--the "Statistical Data" CLEARLY SHOWS that a "Non-Smoker" living in the Ohio River Valley (Steel Mills) is FAR MORE AT RISK than a "Non-Smoker" in a "Smoking Household."

& the "Hollywood Data" CLEARLY SHOWS that non-smokers IN A SMOKING HOUSEHOLD are at NO MORE RISK than the General "Non-Smoking Population."

IOW, "Smoking" puts NO ONE "AT Risk" except the "Smoker!!"

BUT THEN, the Data I am quoting isn't "Politically Correct!!"

Bingo! Either that or move to a house with some land around it. You have no guarantee against having @sshole neighbors anywhere you live. The only recourse is to buy some space around you. Or adapt to the @sshole. It's basic common sense.
