Please share some complaints he has called in..I would love to hear them. I have very nice neighbors and we all keep a "comfortable" distance but we do look out for one another. However one about 4 houses recently got a rooster and there direct neighbors have really had it. I do not know if anyone has called the cops yet but its going to explode. FYI the neighbor with rooster while nice knows the rooster is against code.

I was renting a place in AZ on a few acres. Id leave for work when it was dark and return when it was dark.

I got time off at thanksgiving and by the light of day found a nieghbor had build a horse coral on the back property!
What rights did I have as a renter? Zero!
I Informed the landlord who was in hawaii for a few years(I think the horse guy knew it and was gonna use squatters rights)then I told the nieghbor I was planning on planting oleader(very Deadly) beside the coral.
