By this time next year Americans will have resumed eating their pizza, pasta, and orange juice as if none of this ever happened.

I don't know, my 61 year old sister lost from size 20 to size 7, four years ago and has never gained it back.She changed her whole lifestyle including smoking which she had done since age 14.

This is only one out of many success stories I know of personally.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the Aktins diet is a bunch of BS. ....And yep, I'm aware that it works for some, although not all, people. I'm just saying that right now it's a fad, and like all fads, it'll fade away. But most of the serious folks / the ones the diet really helped will stick with it. ......like your sister (who lost weight on the diet well before it became the rage).
