I'm so scientist and I don't even own a cellphone. This is how I figure it. A bomb encased in lead could not be detonated by cellphone or radio unless the detonation receiver was on the outside of the lead box, right? Any radiation detection device would not pick up on the receiver as it would not be emitting radiation.

sure, I guess you could run an antenna into the lead shielded room through a conduit. but why bother since you have people willing to commit suicide anyway.

A but what if wires lead out of the box and then to some kind of reciever.
