Why not ask the direct question? Is there any evidence of Saddam shipping his WMDs to Syria?

I agree, Crime Dog. Why not ask directly about Syria? Further indications of this simply being a case of Lauer not doing his homework perhaps?

Kay thinks there is a possibility (possibly a strong one) that parts of the WMD program were shipped elsewhere (equipment, starter chemicals, notes, etc.). There's no evidence that stockpiles were shipped elsewhere.
