They didn’t publish evidence so we can’t say how many of them, most likely many - were civilians – and that means loyal Albanians and Serbs killed by KLA terrorists. Of others some probably were victims of NATO bombs, maybe some Serb soldiers and policeman killed in fighting with KLA. But we can’t know because:

"No one is interested," complained a senior international official in Kosovo involved in helping victims' families. "Nato doesn't want to admit the damage wasn't as extensive as it said. Right, he was just a corrupt, murdering, ethnic-cleansing radical nationalist war criminal who broke up his own country in a process that cost hundreds of thousands of lives, ruined Serbia's economy and its reputation and sold arms to Iraq & Libya.

Oh, I almost forgot--he and Mrs. Slobo are also on the list that came out today of those taking Saddam's oil bribes; the Yugo Left Party run by the lovely Mirjana was one of the biggest winners on the entire list with 9.5 million barrels of oil and the Socialist Party headed by none other than Slobo--defender of Christian Europe from those "jihadist" Albanians, Croats, Bosniaks, and Slovenes--received one-million barrels.
