Is there any possible way to force our alleged leaders to follow the law?

There are elections & The Revolutionary Second Amendment.

What about using adminstrative 'notice and demand' documents that would outline their negligence in upholding their oath of office in addition to breaking a federal law? I just don't know if that approach has enough teeth to force adherence to the Constitution.
