The FY 2003 Budget for the NEA was $115.731 million. That included a $10 million increase that was the "biggest in years". We're probably talking about something like $20 million.

It does turn out to be a $15 to $20 mil increase. I'd be much happier with a decrease. We don't need a National Endowment for the Arts at all.

I love and support this president, wholeheartedly, but I disagree with increasing the NEA.

I love and support this president, wholeheartedly, but I disagree with increasing the NEA I disagree with increasing the NEA, and the DOE, and the IRS, and the DOH, and the HHS, and Medicare, etc.
