Even though it would probably land the SUV owner in jail for murder, I think the little B**tards should be shot while in the act.Well this was in Texas I thought deadly force was allowed to protect your property, even automobiles? Some set me straight on this.

I believe that Texas is one of the few States that gives it's citizens that right and just like you said bandleader, Rush predicted this and he was absolutely right. The Enviro-whacko's are insane, they attack anything they perceive as luxury or gas guzzler. But if they want to get technical they need to burn their own oil burner as well because it's using the same environmental killing Oil as the SUV. They're just to stupid to realize it.
