Samir Vincent doesnt show up in anything prior to the bribe list being published and is mentioned as being an Iraqi Businessman living in Alexandria, VA.

Does anyone know the name of the Iraqi Businessman who paid Scott Ritter around $300,000?

Shakir Al-Khafaji/7 mil = the man who funded Scott Ritter's "documentary" and who promised to bring a Congressional delegation to Baghdad, which he did, when he accompanied Bonier, McDermott and Thompson to try and convince them to help keep the US from invading. Also contributed $5000 to Bonier, which Bonior used to pay legal bills.

Samir Vincent/10.5 mil = Arranged a delegation of Iraqi reliogious leaders to met in the US with luminaries such as Jimmy Carter, Billy Graham to try and get them to protest the sanctions which were "killing Iraqi children"
Both are Iraqi expatriots living in the US
