Isn't this one of the states where they encouraged people to vote for McCain over Bush?

Voters from any party will be allowed to cast ballots Tuesday in the Democratic presidential primary...What part of that did the Dems not understand?

''..if Republicans vote for that purpose," Erwin said. "That is a lack of personal integrity." Huh? He's kidding, right?!?

Talk about "personal integrity" coming from the head of the RAT Party is humorous.

They wouldn't recognise personal integrity if it bit them in the gluteus. If Repub's made this statemnet, we'd bre hearing the loud screams of disdain all over the mainstream press by noon. DISENFRANCHISEMENT! INTIMIDATION!
To: Babsig
Joe Erwin, the chairman, said ... "That is a lack of personal integrity." Let me get this straight...a DemocRat, the party of liar Bill Clinton, the party fined $85 million for taking campaign money from foreign nationals, is trying to define what is a lack of personal integrity?
LOL!
To: Babsig
This guy is trying to disenfrancise voters...something the left is always crying about.

" But he said loyal Republicans who want to fill ballot boxes with votes for the weakest candidates aren't welcome. "
And, of course, the votes cast by loyal democrats for the weakest candidates simply won't be counted.

There will be no challenge on the ballot for the Republican nomination. Americans will see either President Bush re-elected or Democrat Candidate-X elected (no Green,Libertarian,Reform etc. candidate will be winning this election cycle).
Who is this Democrat to tell Republicans that they cannot cast a vote for a contender for the Presidency?
Plenty of Democrats tried to get McCain nominated as the Republican candidate.

Voters are asked to sign a pledge swearing they consider themselves to be Democrats. The party has been using the pledge since 1976 to ensure that voters don't cast ballots in two primaries on the same day, Erwin said. Where do they get the constitutional authority to do this? What if someone refuses to sign? Where is the ACLU?

Democrats talking about lack of personal integrity?
Go put some ice on it.
ROTFLMAO.
To: Babsig
It's been my experience, that when needless statements are made public regarding something that is essentially a non issue, something big is about to happen and if and when it does, voila, you already have an excuse to divert to.
I would advise keeping a close eye on that state's primary.
To: Babsig
My parents, in their wisdom, always used to vote in the D primary in TX for precisely this reason when I was growing up. Looks like they were ahead of their time. I shall do likewise. Go Al go! ;)
