I'm a man and the only ones I recall doing that, well er I ah provocated them.

The ONLY kind of bra that would "accidentally" fall down like this would be a nursing bra that has clasps near the straps. Doubtful that Janet Jackson's red lace one was a nursing bra (rolling my eyes here). And yes, I've had that happen before :-).
