Kerry must have forgotten to count how many current and past National Guardsmen there are in the United States.
Shoe in mouth disease continues to be the way Dems cover up thier past commie connections.

When I listen to the ancient minded Democrats on TV, I wonder who they're talking to. It must be people over 50. They're not talking to me, or anyone close to my age.
I wasn't here for Vietnam. I have no emotional attachment to the issue. I just read about it in History books.
They keep promising "hope" for the future, where everyone will have a chicken in every pot. I wasn't here during the depression either. Today, Americas "poor" not only have a chicken in every pot, but they have a steak and lobster cooking on near by burners. Once cooked, they eat them in front of their cable ready big screen color tv's!.
Who are the Democrats talking to ????
Vietnam and the great depression were decades and decades ago. Today is 2004!Who the hell are they talking to?

Kerry can't win. No one is lusting after his boxers or briefs, and gays aren't sniffing his butt. There goes those two voting blocks.
Environmentalists will probably vote for him because he's a weenie push over. PETA will have him living on lettuce, and he'll pretend to like it.
He's not presidential material. He just doesn't "have it."

I agree: the Savage/Rat party is distinguished by a huge rear view mirror that is rose-colored...but the winshield for forward driving is so severely caked with cattle waste that going forward without colliding into something is virtually impossible..anyway, here's my take on the whole thing...
The current crop of Rats have a nostalgic longing for glory days of THEIR past-note the word "their". Because these people are so self-absorbed, they can't understand that the rest of the world doesn't long for the good old days of Democrat history like they do. So you've got the old-liners who long for the 60s to come back (hello, controversy over Iraq) so the Right People can take back the government for the Old Hippie generation...or they long for the 30s to come back so that the total mindless devotion that the mainstream press has for them would be happening as well with the general public. They simply have no vision for the future outside of the tired old Mickey Mouse Marxism they've been trying to push off on the American People since the beginning of the New Deal. Anytime you have a prominent Senator in your party like the Wicked Witch of New York still talking about Herbert Hoover over 70 years after he left office, you've got a party that's really, really out of touch with the modern world.
