I'm against the Balanced Budget Amendment cause the politicians can have a balanced budget and still spend like a drunken sailor. What we need are limits on spending and tax increases.

Kerry's idea of balancing the budget is putting in as much pork as he can (so he can buy votes), and then making up for it by slashing as much of the military budget as he possibly can (and jeopardizing the safety and welfare of every American).
Kerry figures he can slash the budget by 25% by eliminating the military entirely.
