I read that veterans of the Alabama Air National Guard have offered a $1000 reward to any of their 600-700 fellow Guardsmen who served at the time Bush says he did and who can recall serving with him. So far not one has come forward to claim that he recalls Bush serving at that time. (Interesting, considering that Bush was in the Texas Air National Guard. -- post # 11). No wonder no one has claimed the $1000. None of them served in Texas! LOL. That's a funny one! LOL. DUH!

Well W did serve in the Alabama Guard ,I think with the 187th in Montgomery. He requested, and received permission, to miss drills and made them up per the regs. He performed his duties in a manner most exemplary. By the way, his Houston unit has a very distinguished history as did the unit in Bama. Col Turnipseed is being given a pass ,I suppose , in respect for his age.I think there is something there left unspoken. Bush's record s all there for anyone to see.
