VLADIKAVKAZ - Blast in Vladikavkaz is declared terrorist act, Interior Ministry announced today. Suspects are already determined and Interior Ministry hopes to solve the crime in the nearest future.
The explosives, estimated by specialists as five kilo trinitrotoluol equivalent, were placed in a Zhiguli car near a bank building. The bomb was controlled remotely by radio device. Two people were killed by the blast, woman, whose identity is to be established yet and a student of military academy, who was severely wounded and died later in hospital. Ten people were wounded, six of them are now in hospital. At the moment the area is encircled by militia forces, who check all nearby building for bombs, Izvestia reports.
Three people, residents of North Ossetiya, are suspected in organizing the terrorist act. At the moment militia forces are trying to find them. Interior Ministry representative stated that the evidence they have will possibly allow to solve the crime very soon.

VLADIKAVKAZ - Two people were killed and 10 more wounded as a result of a terrorist act committed on Tuesday near the building of Gamid-Bank's branch in the city of Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia.
The local ministry of emergency situations reported that an elderly woman, who turned out to be in the place of the accident, died immediately after attack. Another victim, a man, who was seriously wounded at in the attack, died on Wednesday morning without regaining conscience, a representative of the North Ossetian Health Ministry has said.
Five people out of the 10 wounded are students of the Russian Interior-Affairs Ministry's institute, one of whom is in a very serious condition.
This has to be stopped. These are the ugliest attacks known to man, the killing of total innocents is just senseless slaughter.
