did anyone else hear Kay say on Sam Donaldson's show that he thought Tenet stabbed the Bush Administration in the back with today's speech?

Huh? How did he justify that claim? What an odd thing to say. I think Kay is the one that comes off looking rather poorly after Tenet's speech.

Tenet's speech will run again on C-SPAN tonight, 8:00 p.m. eastern time for anyone that would like to hear it. It's well worth the hour.

That's exactly what I thought. Heard it at the top of the hour during Rush today ( 1 pm, I believe). ABC radio news ran it as a one of their headlines.

Again, I'm curious about Kay. Something's not quite right, here. His report is really more damning against Saddam than our initial intelligence suggested, yet he isn't hammering this point home. How does he allow his own report to be distorted and subsequently used in a partisan way against the President?
