SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.

The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

I wonder if anyone has thought about the possibility that if there is a terrorist attack or other calamity caused by Mother Nature (earthquake)in the southwest, *they will pour across the border and overrun us. This has been my fear since I read the article about a large earthquake occurring before September on the southern San Andreas fault.

Col Hunt on O'Reilly just debunked the following story and I would say all other recent stories regarding the joint (US and Pakistan) hunt for OBL in Pakistan. Hunt stated that the US colonel that said we would get OBL before the year is out was probably told to say that for PR reasons. Col Hunt debunked the Wahington Times story of the movement of troops from Iraq to Afganistan. Hunt replied to John ?, who is sitting in for O'Reilly that it was hokus pokus the Pakistan military assisting the US military in the hunt for OBL and that the Pakistan nuke sales was an organized Pakistan government deal.

and it is an Eagle Ray, that he saw while Scuba Diving.

So we are back to water, boats and the arabs who wanted to

well, I guess that lines up with the Ijaz story: there is nothing in Pakistan to be found, so any talk of the "offensive" there is PR, at least with respect to actually finding someone. That's why Pakistan is agreeing to it publicly, nothing is actually happening, so why not look good and agree to it.

But that still leaves the OBL question open. I sure hope Bush isn't falling into a PR mess here. This offensive is being pumped and pumped, but at some point, without any tangible results, the truth will eventually come out that the "offensive" is an illusion. This plan only works if something materializes.

I think there are more terrorists in Mexico, than there are Mexicans.

I do know that there were reports of the Chinese Military in uniform on the Mexican border about 1999.

No one needs to flame me about the military on the border, as I know that I could lead an army across it, and the only tipoff that we were coming are a few electronic sensors on hill tops in the middle of the desert, along an old dirt smugglers road that started out as the branch of the El Diablo Highway (maybe first traveled by non Indians in the 1500's.

I lived there for almost 10 years and watched what came across the 40 miles from Mexico.

Mexico is full of honest hard working people and the biggest collection of communists from every country in the world, who are there waiting for the time to invade.

Hitler had forces there during WW2, ready for invading us.
