Whew! You nailed it. Ol' Alvin doesn't show up for "The Show" until about 4:00 and then, he virtually takes over the legislature. The rest of the goats on the hill act like they are afraid of him. He rants and raves about what lobbyists do for the goats, but he is first in line to get it for him, his wife, his kids, and his girlfriends. This august body used to pull the plug on the clock when state law mandated that sessions end at a certain time on a certain day. Time marched on, and so did the legislature.
