The Nazis used swing music to broadcast propaganda to Americans too (antiAmerican/antisemitic messages were in the lyrics and some were "parodies" of American hits).

Isn't the purpose of this internal recruitment? The swing music broadcast was for our troops. I'm sure that the Nazis considered it decadent. The Hitler Youth probably got their fill of Wagnerian manifest destiny.
