He does seem to pop up everywhere. Pictures with Ed Kennedy, pictures with John F Kennedy, picture with Jane Fondu.

Anti War hippie (with kept hair), JFK obsession, strange circumstances with medals and service, drop out Congressional run.... Interesting guy.
