Dornan says he wouldn't go so far as to say Rohrabacher is anti-Israel, he fumes at Rohrabacher's statements that both Israelis and Palestinians have committed atrocities against civilians caught up in the Mideast struggle.
While this MAY be true, there is one small difference.
On one side of this war the atrocities are an aberration, and on the other it's policy. You could say it's the only policy they have.
