I can hardly believe the questions Geragos's "people" are asking prospective Jurors. eg: What kind of things would influence you? Demeanor? How about extra-marital affairs? If I was phoned with questions like this I would tell them that they are very unprofessional and that Jury shopping is wrong.

I heard on Catherine Crier today that the Peterson movie actually "favours" Peterson. I don't believe that these movies should be shown right during the trials. Who knows that it won't affect a couple of prospective Jurors. A lot of people nowadays have difficulty distinguishing between truth and reality anyways. This ticks me off!!

I really really dislike Geragos. I believe he's a very underhanded and unethical Lawyer. I hope he gets what's coming to him soon - Disbarring!! From what I have seen so far of THIS Judge, looks like he won't put up with any games at least. I guess we'll see.

I don't think they should be allowed to release them before the trial either, but since they have I will probably watch.

Hopefully when they question the potential jurors they will ask if they watched the movie.

I wonder how many Jurors actually "really" tell the truth about everything. Many folks may want to be on THIS Jury just because it's a high profile trial and they might be able to write a book and make some $$$ after. The whole system in that regard is screwed imo.

On Court TV, that Kimberly Newfoilerer Gnutsen (no clue how to spell her name)later elaborated and said that the "pre-trial hearings" signify the start of the trial.
Looks like Wednesday's hearing will consist of Geragos trying to get the GPS info thrown out.

Boy we sure did. It was always from the same household tho. We came to know the vulgar voices. I always used to feel so sorry for the little kids in the background. They were always shouting at the kids and the parents were always fighting. Awful. I wouldn't have known who to report tho. It could have been any house around us.
