Ah, Chuck, about the Sudan, It ain't got oil. So, Chuck, no money. And Chuck, without serious money, it is pretty hard to make trouble for the US of A.... Point taken. The oil certainly is attractive.
BTW, I agree with the sock-puppet; with investments in Halliburton, Bechtel and the like, casualties are irrelevant.

About the oil in Sudan...several oil companies have contracted to build an oil pipeline across Sudan--I though it was to pump Sudanese oil. China has a huge percentage, Canada some, don't know the others. Word was huge, untapped oil fields in Sudan. I read this in financial news.
Comment or correction, anyone?
