Support Manuel Miranda - The Judicial Memo Leaker (click here)

Please send the following email in support of Manuel Miranda, the Senate staffer that the Democrats are trying to crucify for catching them breaking the law -- look HERE if you need more information.
Some brief info on these memos:
"These memos repeatedly make clear that a small collection of extreme left groups -- abortion groups, race organizations, labor unions and leftist groups specifically focused on judges -- are driving the Democrats' agenda and decisions. These groups tell Senate Democrats whom to attack and vote down, when to hold hearings on which nominee, how many hearings to hold and rules ofr allowing floor votes. The memos even indicate that the groups persuaded Democrats to delay nominations in order to affect pending cases." -- Coalition for a Fair Judiciary
Dear Mr. Miranda,
I am writing to express my support and to thank you for exposing the corruption of the Senate Democrats. It is clear that, by making you a scapegoat, they are trying to indict the cops (you and your colleagues) for catching the robbers (the Democrats - the REAL bad guys here). This must not stand. It is in the public interest that the substance of the Democrats' memo be made public for judgment by the people.
You have suggested that there are more, unreleased Democrat memos that show that the corruption in the Democrats' party runs far deeper than we had previously though. I strongly urge you to hold a press conference to discuss the substance of these memos -- you have nothing to lose at this point. Please let the American people know why the Democrats are so desperate to smear and prosecute you -- because you know too much about them.
Please make sure that the substance of these memos gets out and that the Democrats do not get away with blaming you for catching them.
Sincerely,
YOUR NAME HERE

If you were a congressional staffer would feel more secure working for the democrats or republicans.
I can't remember the last time a 'rat staffer got thrown under the bus when the 'pubs whined.

Is he still at that e mail address?
I understand he is no longer employed.

It continues to amaze me. Dems get caught with their pants down or memo contents or memo leaks, and Pubs are the ones who end up resigning or being fired. Remember the fallout from Clinton's affair, Newt Gingrich, et al.?

An email to Frist with a cc to Hatch requesting Hatch's replacement would be nice also.

The best way to support Miranda is to unseat Orrin Hatch as Chairman of the Judiciary. Even without this treachery, he has clearly failed in getting Bush's nominees through. It is time to put in a REAL Conservative to hammer things home...I nominate Jeff Sessions of Alabama.

Maybe its time for some Free Manuel T-shirts.

Hatch's chairmanship ends with the 108th Congress and Senator Specter becomes the next Chairman assuming the Republicans retain control of the Senate......

Maybe an e-mail to Durbin would get some attention.
It might get even more attention if it was sent as "An Open Letter To Senator Durbin" in the Letters to the Editor section of Illinois newspapers.
Senator Durbin: Recently I read of your persecution of Manuel Miranda, the Senate staffer who made public your embarrassing memos regarding the influence of Special Interest groups on national security.
Senator Durbin, it is not the fault of Manuel Miranda that you and your colleagues have allowed Special Interest groups to taint committee proceedings. The fault lies solely with the Senate members who allow this to continue.
Frankly, I am appalled that Mr. Miranda has been sacrificed in order to protect Special Interest groups. I am ashamed to admit that you represent me in the Senate. Deeply ashamed.
Sincerely,
The Letters to the Editor columns might get more attention, especially in the smaller papers downstate.
Howlin, could you ping your list please? This campaign needs footsoldiers.

Orrin Hatch is a stupid, naive, clueless moron.
Specter is a left-wing RINO.
Either way, we are screwed. Olympia Snow or Lincoln Chafee could hardly do more damage.
