"We have a very marginalized group," he said. "They don't identify with the messages targeted to gay white men."
Ahh, that's it, it's all about racism. Apparently messages about the dangers of unprotected sex with a white gay male just don't translate properly and convey the dangers of unprotected sex with a black gay male. We need a multi-million dollar advertising campaign because somehow the view is different when a black male is being barebacked. Silly me.

The upsurge is driven by young men having risky sexual encounters with other men. Typically they do not consider themselves to be gay or bisexual and may even have girlfriends, as well. So if I have a T-bone steak I can still consider myself a vegetarian?

Yesterday, hubby had a discussion with a coworker regarding the general decay of society. The coworker is a black female who has a son in high school. She says that her son regularly complains about the homosexual activities that occur in the hallways and locker rooms. He says there is kissing and what-not out in the open. Nothing is done about it.

Darwin is pretty relentless.
The failure of sex ed classes to impart knowledge to the students about the incredible danger from many diseases caused by anality not to mention the tissue damage issues makes a strong case against allowing any kind of sex ed in the schools. It never helps.
