She is copying the model code of domestic relations law from the Legal thinktank of the American Law Institute. This group produced model laws which legislators use for reference in making real laws. (note use of word legislators)

This is not this one judge, this is institutional in the legal professions educational structure. It is not just the judges but the entire homosexual favortism groupthink that has crippled the freedom of thought in the entire legal profession.

This "project" model laws existed before this judge. They all need to be purged out of the legal profession.

Very good judicial background info. Haven't read it all yet - very detailed. As far as I can tell, explains why judges, legislatures and the legal system are FUBAR and controlled by the homo-activists.
