This story says the victim is an 8 year old boy, and the vehicle is a grey Lincoln Continental.

The noon news is now reporting the boy is still alive but in VERY critical condition and in surgery .. he has a lot of damage to his skull from the bullet

Also .. he is 10 year old ... the shooting occurred a block away from the school
