Anyone with a brain moved out of CA ten years ago - a lot of us to Texas. With the fires, floods, earthquakes, taxes, riots, crime, traffic, insurance rates, and taxes, who needs CA? (Yes, I know I said taxes twice.) Oh, did I mention TAXES?

You need to move to Texas and warm up, then. Yesterday's high for Port Isabel/South Padre was 74

Are you still trying to beat the women there?

And they obviously had to recruit out-of-state, because for years it's been apparent that nobody in CA has a clue about slashing government.
