Indeed he did. But he said it in regard to the missing WMD story, not the Bush AWOL story.

No mention of FrankenKerry throughout the whole interview. I wanted Leno to put him on the spot and force him to take a stand on his opponent, but no such luck.

Yes, you're right... The "disconnect" comment was in regard to the missing WMD. It's late... I'm getting tired and fuzzy-brained! :-)
