McClintock is correct in one sense, the constant budgetary problems are a symptom not the cause. Simply look at those individuals presently holding office. They have achieved "Rights." Now California is experiencing what they do with those "Rights!"

My husband, and avid fisherman, was glued to the radio this morning listening to the new Head of the fishing and Gaming Commission here in California. Apparently Arnold appointed someone who actually is a fisherman and hunter and is ready to get rid of years of environmental wackoism. Eveyone is thrilled!
