Throughout Friday, as he campaigned in Wisconsin before flying to Las Vegas, local reporters dogged Mr Kerry's every step, demanding a response to the charge of adultery.

OK, I'm going out on a limb. I don't care who slings what mud or how much of it sticks. There are only a few issues in the upcoming election. Economy, jobs and security (read perceived personal safety). If nothing happens other than the existing trends, Bush wins, because people will go into the voting booth and ask themselves if they want to gamble of someone with a flaky unproven history, or keep what's behind curtain number one.

Only the party faithful care about scandals and policy, and they've already made up their minds.

However if anything goes South, Bush is in trouble. This is where the dem slime machine does its job.

Again the English press show that they understand the English language. Unlike the claims in the American press that Kerry's owner had stated that she would discipline a husband for bed hopping, Heinz's stated concern was only that she not get infected with VD through any such route. It's not difficult to see why the left is pushing the misinterpretation into the public mind.

I have heard more than one man refer to Kerry as good looking. What is up with men thinking Kerry is rugged, handsome or whatever? Kerry is so ugly it is sad. Those teeth, those droopy eyes. He looks like an Ent from the Lord of the Rings.
