What's with Powell hugging that piece of camel sh/t? American (male) statesmen don't hug or kiss other (male) statesmen (and Arafat is far below even statesman level), we shake hands. Only Euros and Arabs slobber on each other (although the Brits are a notable exception).

General Powell ain't hugging the SOB. Powell looks to me like he's holding the guy's right arm, firmly, with his left hand, to fend off any advances. Kinda like a preemptive strike.
