They ventured out of WA but it was to go up into Vancouver since neither of them had ever been to Canada.

I hope they went to Victoria too. That is on my top ten list of favorite cities. But, on a second thought, winter is not the best time to visit. I was there in January, it's not the same city as in July. They should go back in the summer.

Victoria is probably the closest I will ever get to visiting England. Double-decker busses, tea houses, flowers EVERYWHERE. And, everyone who visits Victoria must have High Tea at the Empress Hotel.

They did go to Victoria. :) Mom was telling my sister and me that when we go with them we have to make sure not to miss tea but didn't mention the Empress Hotel. I think the next time they will be up there is around August.
