This is why a Constitutional Amendment will be required to quash this. The RATS in Maricónia (CA) blew it big time, started a furor with marriage licenses that are not even legal.
I think the onus should be on THEM, if they want a Constitutional Amendment to make it legal, let them try it?? We don't have to do a Constitutional Amendmemt to stop it. The Constitution is fine as it is, if somebody thinks it is't, they are full of poo poo, or in this case maybe something else..............

The constitution is a limit on government and specific rights. Basically if the constitution doesn't say something is illegal it is not. The individual states and territories can make laws that outlaw something but the laws are not written and admendments are not written to make something legal.
That's the premise of ex post facto laws.
