Liberal judges are fascist authoritarians.
They think we'll bow before their linguistic constructs.

Consider in Law Schools across the USA there is next to ZERO conservative perspectives on the law.
For you consideration, does anyone believe law professors teach the 2nd amendment as an individual right? Of course not. The lawyers that go out there into the world will be unlikely to be 2nd amendment lawyers. When some of these become judges, they only have the leftist view of 2nd amendment rights.
Now the ABA throught the ALI has put out a model domestic code which includes homosexual marriage and homosexual claims to children. There are no contradictory teaching comming from professors. (at least as acceptable answers.)
Perhaps a conservative legal think tank (ACLJ?) should produce a Model domestic code to sit side by side of the ALI version.
It is not just lawyers, it is the institutions around lawerys. It is the Judicial College (seminars) which train new judges, It is the law schools, it is the CLE classes, it is who gets into good schools, the students accpeted into Law Review and Moot Court. There is huge inertia against conservative ideas/positions within the law's inteligencia. (Horowitz from Frontpagemag has no concept of law schools in his University diversity expose.)
Conservatives who are lawyers did not aquire their knowlege from within law school. The obtain it outside. The fortunate students have it before they go in, the unfortunate ones figure it out about 15 to 20 years after graduation.
