This statement is racist, sexist and anti-Christian. Oh, but that is okay because this student is white, male and heterosexual.
We can't have people like THAT running around loose you know.

If I were Tim, I'd make sure that I keep METICULOUS records of my grades. Get "real" A's, not A's based on a "curve" or anything like that. And then at the end of the class if there is any discrepencies between his calculations of what his grade should be in the class, and what he received, then he should protest, using the evidence he's accumulated.
Either that, or Tim should drop the class now, because either way, it's going to be an uphill battle for him to get any grade other than an F in that class.
Pathetic but true.

No, he should not drop becasue he did nothing wrong. I suspect by the end of the semester the Racist Crystall will not be posting grades, her replacement will.
Not because the Dept Head will do the right thing, but she will be an albatross around his neck and his career.
He too I beleive thinks white Christian males are scum and deserves worse than what he got; but only feels that way until his career is in jeopardy.
I did my part. I wrote the Inspector General, DOE, for an investigation as to why this person remains on staff. I filed a complaint with the DOE Civil Rights Divison. And I wrote to Cass Ballanger - R-NC who sits on a House Education Appropriations committee to please monitor not UNC, but DOE - as they (maybe) respond to the complaint.
If they don't then they are inept, or worse, condone attacks against white Christian males. Because there is not a more egregious, blatant attack, with audit trail, anywhere. With luck, someone who watches the $'s will ask why they should be funded to the amount they are, when they do nothing on a case as acute as this. THAT is the only language ($$$'s) they understand.

Well, this might be an indication that we have turned the corner and finally loosened the left's death grip on thought, speech and language in academia. She censors the kid and then says she didn't mean to interfere with free speech. Shine a little light on the cockroaches of communism/socialism and see them try and dance their way out.
Hopefully, an important benchmark...thanks for posting.

"Many third or fourth graders can spell "grammar" correctly."
Then make them professors at UNC - there certainly won't be any drop off in the qualilty of education.

It's getting closer to the time to decide.

There are good reasons why some of the new rules are in place. They get abused but they do allow genuine victims a chance to take on a professor that is abusing their authority and win.
