Hi Lori. Just love your Mardi Gras bear. BTW....took your advice and had some of the leftover tritip on hogie buns. AWESOME! The meat is so tender plus with the spices you don't need to add anything. I was off today and Mr. D. even came home for lunch to have a sandwich... (usually he works through lunch)
