That's always the problems. The right piece of info is drowned in seas of junk, and then it's not much of an info anyway. There had been similar stories with French intelligence tips about terrorists acts around September, 2001, but only with hindsight can you see clearly where all that went.
The Dems, who began to claim that Président Bush knew all are now crucifying him because he did not know enough. Jeez, what a world !
